As soon as your trademark is filed, we will send you a Filing Report, which ../../Content/includes the trademark registration's filing number and date. The report also include information regarding the renewal date of your trademark.

Along with this, we will send you a scanned copy of the Trademark's Filing Receipt.

In order to register your trademark in Argentina, you need to provide us with the information of your trademark: Trademark (logo), Classes and Owner details.

You will also need to send us a Power of Representation so that our attorneys represent you before the Trademark Office. The Power does need to be signed before a Public Notary.
